SUCCESS = SKILL + ATTITUDE

Commitment

Perhaps the most important ingredient in the development process is commitment. Players who aspire to reach the highest level understand the dedication required. Research shows that developing elite players requires thousands of touches on the ball each week throughout the entire year.

It is important for young players to understand that commitment to any goal is a life skill worth learning early. Developing strong habits, discipline, and dedication will benefit players both on and off the field.

Diversity & Inclusion in Sport Resources

Aurora FC is committed to developing and fostering an inclusive and diverse environment for coaches, participants, match officials, and volunteers.

A diverse soccer environment acknowledges differences in age, gender, education, and background while recognizing the unique experiences, perspectives, and qualities each individual brings to the game.

An inclusive soccer culture embraces, respects, and values people regardless of gender, age, racial background, Indigenous identity, disability, or sexual orientation.

Aurora FC believes soccer should be a safe, welcoming, and respectful environment where every participant feels supported and empowered to thrive.
