Coach Development & Education
With the implementation of the Canada Soccer Pathway, built on the principles of Long-Term Player Development (LTPD), Aurora FC provides coaches with structured opportunities to understand and apply modern player development principles in Canada.
The club encourages all coaches to actively engage in the coaching community through certification, coaching clinics, online learning, and professional development opportunities.
Each year, all Grassroots and Competitive coaches in Ontario must complete the minimum certification requirements for their respective age groups. In addition, all coaches are required to complete Respect in Sport certification.
